Pastor Jack Graham led the crowd of more than 400 in a time of prayer during the cross-raising ceremony at Prestonwood North on Sunday afternoon, May 4.
Prestonwood members from both campuses prayed just before the 15-foot cross, a symbol of Christ and His light to the surrounding area, was raised.
Prestonwood North Worship Minister Chris Machen led the congregation in “The Wonderful Cross” as the cross was lifted to its lofty location nearly 60 feet above the ground.
The cross raising was yet another major milestone in the history of Prestonwood North. The new building is scheduled to be completed this fall.
