Super Sundaes on Saturday

The PrimeTimers had a fine time…and so did more than a couple hundred others at “Super Sundaes on Saturday”! Charles Pendley once again did a great job organizing a night of ice cream, entertainment and warm fellowship that blessed everyone.

As emcee, he introduced Joseph Kennedy and his kids—known as the Special Ks—girls and boys who blessed our hearts with their beautiful voices. We pray they were encouraged by the warm support and applause from the crowd.

Main Street Café supplied ice cream and all the fixin’s like we will probably have in heaven…soooo good! With some guitar accompaniment, I helped round out the evening—singing old favorites from Glen Campbell and John Denver to beloved hymns and choruses.

Prayerfully, the songs took us all back in time, enabling us to love and trust God even more as we remembered His faithfulness and love. Truly…God is so good! (Romans 8:28).
