Student Ministry

Join Hundreds of Students for Worship, Bible Study and Fun!

Student Ministry is THE place to be for students in grades 7–12 in North Texas. We offer separate ministries for junior high and high school students, designed with each group in mind.

On Wednesday nights, High school students can participate in SPOTS (student-led small groups) in various homes across the area. For junior high students, there's CHAOS, which meets at 6:45 p.m. in the Student Ministry Building.

On the weekends, we offer multiple Bible Fellowships before and after Worship Services, giving students an opportunity to study and grow together.

We also offer Freedom Weekend, retreats, summer camps (including High School Beach Camp in Florida), mission trips, fellowships, food and tons of fun!

Our Student Ministry exists to reach students for Jesus Christ and to connect them through meaningful relationships. We seek to grow students who honor God with their lives and serve others out of a passion for Him.

Prestonwood Adopt-A-Senior

Each year we witness a new a class of seniors as they graduate, ready to change the world. We congratulate them and send them off, hoping for the best. With your help, however, we’d like to do more. In this new initiative, we’re asking Prestonwood families to partner with these students, offering prayer and support as they go to college, the military or into vocational training.

Families can sign up for a two- or four-year commitment as an “adopter” of a graduating senior. The Student Ministry and the College Ministry will match each family with a senior suited for them, and then provide guidelines, tips and practical ways to connect with their “adoptee” and his or her family.
