Department:

Dishwasher, Part-time (PC)

Supports the activities of the Food Services Ministry, mainly by handling the collection, appropriate cleaning and storing of all dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the appropriate cleaning of all items brought to the dishwasher for cleaning.
• Ensure that rinsing and stacking of dishwashers is done according to procedure.
• Ensure that kitchen dishes, pots and utensils are treated with the appropriate amount of care to ensure no loss or damage to Church property.
• Ensure own safety and the safety of others by following all procedures laid out by Director.
• May assist with other kitchen duties from time to time.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to stand continuously during shift
• Able to lift 20 pounds
• Must be able to withstand temperature variations, both hot and cold
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required
• Scheduled days and times may vary
