The Battle for the Mind

This thought-provoking class will point you in the direction of personal achievement by learning how to win the war in your mind. The bulk of who you are is a result of the dominating thoughts that you allow to occupy your mind. Therefore, it is crucial that you build your knowledge of God’s Word as it pertains to bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.

A Woman’s Walk with the Lord

This class teaches you how to study God’s Word. We will learn a basic Bible study method/technique (FLAP - Facts, Lessons, Application and Prayer). It is the method Ann Graham Lotz uses for personal Bible Study. It enables you to discover the Biblical principles and learn personal application. We will look at the lives of Saul, Rahab, Achan and Joshua.

Can a person know for sure he has eternal life? Is there a test one can take to know if he has been saved? Can a person lose his salvation? We will explore the Scriptures to answer these and other questions that trouble believers and hinder their victorious Christian living.

This class will focus on the history of the church from the Reformation in 1517 to the present day. We will trace several important events that came out of the Reformation that ultimately led to the churches and denominations of today.
