Group Lessons

Classes provide an opportunity for the beginning musician to learn the basics of their instrument and enjoy music with a group of similar-aged students.

Beginning Voice Class
Take the mystery out of singing. This class is geared toward the singer who has always wanted to take lessons but wants to learn in a less intense environment. Subjects covered include introductions to singing posture, breathing techniques, breath support, pitch accuracy, sight-reading and ear training.

Intermediate Voice Class
Have you had training and want a refresher course of vocal pedagogy before jumping into lessons? This is the class for you. More experienced singers will find this class intellectually stimulating. Vocal technique is covered in a class environment with a small private recital at the end of the term.

Beginning Guitar Class
Have you always wanted to play the guitar but are not sure where to start? Begin with the basics. You will be grouped with other students based on age and will learn the basics of guitar including tuning, holding the instrument, basic chords and music structure.

Intermediate Guitar Class
Continue to solidify skills acquired in the beginning class. This class is also for students who have had prior training and are ready to begin lessons again, but need a refresher before continuing private instruction.

Kindermusik
In a Kindermusik class, parents and their children are led through joyful activities, using music and movement. Parents learn more about their child's unique developmental process, and the shared learning experience creates a unique bond as the child associates learning with fun, musical play.
