Christmas Store Volunteer Information
The Christmas Store is straight from the heart of God. Every year He supplies the resources we need to make the store a reality.
The resources range from the smallest item to you and others who volunteer.
We will have five (5) stores: two on Friday night and three on Saturday. We had five last year and it went really well.
Volunteer check-in will be in the Student Ministry Building lobby. Shopper check-in will be at the Main Street ticket booths.
Highlighted below are the times for arrival for the various teams serving at the Christmas Store.
Upon arrival, go straight to the Volunteer Check-in
to pick up your nametag and color coded lanyard. Check-in will be electronic. Be sure each person in your family is registered.
Thursday,
Dec. 20 |
9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. |
Pricing items and stocking the store in the Student Ministry area. Stay as long as possible as it will take all day. Lunch will be provided. |
| 7:00 p.m. |
We need everyone who can make it to attend. We will do a walk-through for the Store and will spend time praying! Following the walk-through, each team will meet to discuss details. We should be done in an hour. |
Friday,
Dec. 21 |
9:00 a.m. |
Completing the Store and taking care of details to make it look great. |
| 6:00 p.m. |
Leadership team, security team, check-in team, greeters team, worship teams arrive and meet at check-in. |
| 6:50 p.m. |
Shoppers for Store #1 arrive for check-in. Cashiers, Package handlers (carry out team), Shopper Assistants and all other volunteers arrive.
We need all who marked “wherever” to arrive at this time. |

Shoppers for Store #2 arrive for check-in. |
Saturday,
Dec. 22 |
7:00 a.m. |
Leadership team, security team, check-in team, greeters team, worship teams arrive and meet at check-in. |
