Where is Prestonwood located?
Prestonwood is located at the corner of Park Blvd. and Midway in Plano, two blocks west of the Dallas North Tollway. We have a visitor’s parking lot directly in front of our front entrance especially for you.
How can I find out more about Prestonwood?
Our NextStep class will help you learn about our beliefs, history, mission and vision for the future. NextStep is offered twice each month, on a Wednesday from 5:45 to 8:00 p.m. and on a Saturday from 4:45 to 7:00 p.m. In this casual setting, you’ll meet staff and church members and discover more about Prestonwood. It’s a fun, informative investment of your time, and you’ll also enjoy a delicious buffet of hot appetizers prepared by our own Main Street Café.
What's the best way for me to get plugged in to Prestonwood?
At Prestonwood there is something for everyone. One of the best ways to make connections, grow relationships, and be challenged in God’s Word is through Bible Fellowship. Classes are offered on Saturdays at 4:45 and 7:30 p.m., Sundays at 8:00, 9:15 and 11:00 a.m., and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. In addition, our Women's Ministry and Men's Ministry provide a host of small-group Bible studies throughout the week.
What about my children?
We offer childcare for infants and older in a secure facility staffed by caring professionals. All of our childcare workers receive a background check before working with us. Children and parents are given matching badges that are checked when leaving the facilities. Kindergartners and children in grades 1–6 can enjoy dynamic Bible studies and large-group fellowship featuring a live band, drama team, videos and much more.
Youth in grades 7–12 will enjoy worship, Bible study and fun! We offer separate ministries for junior high and senior high students, designed with each group in mind.
How do I become a member?
At the conclusion of every Worship Service, there is a time of invitation, where you may come forward and join Prestonwood. Or you may visit the NextStep Booth or one of our NextStep classes and become a member. One of our decision counselors will answer your questions and guide you through this process.
I want to serve in ministry, but I don't know where to start.
We welcome you! We need you! Serving plays a major role, not only in the health of the church, but in your life as well.
