Congratulations on your special day. Thank you for considering Prestonwood Food Service for your wedding reception. It is our desire to make your reception special and memorable. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the different rooms and menu packages offered and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Wedding receptions may be held in the Atrium following morning weddings only. The Commons is available for receptions following all three wedding times. The Fireside Room can be used for small receptions provided your guest attendance does not exceed the maximum capacity of the room. All locations are subject to availability and are reserved through the Wedding Ministry office.

Each room utilizes different table arrangements depending on the expected guest attendance and your selected reception package. I will be happy to meet with you to discuss what type of reception you are interested in. Our desire in the Food Service Ministry is to make your reception a memorable one.

• Atrium – 60” round tables are utilized for guest seating. Each table will accommodate 8 to 10 chairs. Capacity – up to 400 guests
• Commons – Existing wood square tables and bistro tables are used for guest seating. Suggested table arrangements, location of buffet tables and specialty tables are determined by the number of guests who will be attending your wedding and the reception package chosen. Capacity – up to 500 guests 
• Fireside Room – All furnishings remain in place in the Fireside Room. They cannot be moved, removed or rearranged, with the exception of the “stand alone” chairs located throughout the Fireside Room The east hallway outside the Fireside Room can be utilized for small food buffets. Capacity – 75 guests

Food service is available exclusively through our catering service at Prestonwood should you choose to have your reception at the church. Catering personnel will assist you with your reception planning. No other caterers will be allowed to provide food services except for wedding cakes.

Linens and catering staff are included in the pricing of the reception packages. “Cake and Punch” receptions will incur linen/labor charges. Centerpieces and table decorations are not included, except for votive candles.
