Bus Drivers
We need drivers with CDL certification to join our shuttle bus ministry. You would be the first point of contact for our guests on Sunday as you welcome them to Prestonwood by transporting them from the parking lots to the church door and back. You would also have the opportunity to welcome staff, PCA students and guests on short trips during the week. Shuttles run every Sunday at both the Plano and North campuses and various times during the week. Please contact Mary Brogdon at 972-820-5046 or for more information about this exciting opportunity!

Event Setup
Volunteers are needed to assist with setup and teardown of tables and chairs in preparation for events. As a part of this ministry, volunteers are encouraged to pray for those who enter the property and come in contact with the areas serviced. Exterior
Volunteers are needed to assist with removal of loose trash around the church/school property. Shuttle bus washing and cleaning (inside and out) is needed to ensure an attractive appearance for guests and members who utilize the shuttle service. Interior Maintenance & Housekeeping Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to assist with touch-up wall painting and wood-staining projects; to inspect and clean plumbing fixtures and soap dispensers to ensure proper operation; to install small racks in utility closets; to remove dust and fingerprints from ceiling light fixtures using an eight-foot ladder, and to help with miscellaneous small maintenance projects as needs arise. Plants and Furnishings
Ongoing assistance is needed with dusting/cleaning/fluffing of artificial plants in public areas of the building. Periodic assistance is needed with adding and/or fluffing Spanish moss in artificial plant containers to ensure an attractive appearance. Volunteers are needed for periodic inspection of dining tables and chairs in The Commons that need repair. Warehouse Seasonal Volunteer
Volunteers are needed to assist church staff with pulling and returning items needed for large events from the warehouse. Volunteers must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work outside in a non-climate-controlled environment. Opportunities include, but may not be limited to: Vacation Bible School, Fall Festival (October), The Gift of Christmas (December), Prestonwood Lights – Tree Lighting Ceremony (December), Operation Christmas Child (December), The Christmas Store (December), and miscellaneous larger events as planned throughout the year. Worship Center Volunteer (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday)
Volunteers are needed to assist with church pew restocking. The process includes adding note pads, pencils and envelopes to pews, straightening Bibles, and other responsibilities as needed so that the Worship Center is ready for worship times. As part of this ministry, volunteers are encouraged to pray for each person who will be sitting in the pews and/or using the Bibles and paper resources.
