About the Author
Jim George is a best-selling author, Bible teacher, and Christian speaker. An engaging media guest, Jim appears regularly on television and radio programs produced by Crossroads Christian Communications, Cornerstone Television, Christian Television Network, North American Mission Board, Trinity Television, and Moody Broadcasting. The author of 12 books, Jim received the coveted Gold Medallion Finalist Book Award presented by Christian Booksellers Association and Evangelical Christian Publishers' Association for his book A Husband After God’s Own Heart (2003).
Jim is the President of Jim and Elizabeth George Ministries, and of After God’s Heart ministry, a not-for-profit Christian organization dedicated to the sole purpose of representing the Lord Jesus Christ through radio by teaching people around the world to apply the truths of the Bible to their daily lives. Jim is married to Elizabeth George, also a best-selling Christian author. Their family includes two married daughters, Katherine and Courtney, and eight grandchildren. Jim and Elizabeth live and write on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in Washington.
