Easter Weekend
Prestonwood joyfully celebrated the resurrection
of Jesus Christ with four weekend worship services and a Good Friday Baptism
and Lord’s Supper Service, during which 86 people were baptized. Attendance over
the three days exceeded 25,000. |
PowerPoint Emphasis Weekend
On April 1 and 2, we celebrated 12 years of PowerPoint Ministries with Jack Graham. Through radio, television and Internet venues,
this ministry focuses on reaching around the world to spread the Good News. |

Special Guest Gary Frazier
Dr. Gary Frazier, founder of Discovery Ministries and author on biblical prophecy, spoke on “The Rapture and
the Glorious Appearing” at Friday Morning Men’s Bible Study on March 17 and 24. |
PCA Graduation
On May 19, Prestonwood Christian Academy celebrated the graduation of its largest senior class. We congratulate all 88 students
and express our appreciation to their families and the PCA faculty for its pursuit of excellence and a kingdom education. |

Bible Fellowship classes experienced an informative four-week study regarding fact and fiction in The Da Vinci Code book and movie. |
Spectacular Weekend
In April, children and preteens were treated to a special weekend with a presentation by Miss PattyCake and a concert by the group Eleventyseven. |

We were blessed with a message from Dr. David Jeremiah of Turning Point Radio and Television Ministries
one evening in March. He spoke about principles in his new book, Captured by Grace. |
Prestonwood Expansion
In March, Pastor Graham addressed the media regarding an exciting vision for the expansion of Prestonwood–the
beginning of a second location and a few changes on our current campus: a new children’s wing, a leadership training center,
and technical upgrades for PowerPoint and our Media Ministry. |

North Campus Bible Fellowship Training
Executive Pastor Mike Buster and North Campus Pastor Matt Surber led training sessions at Folsom Elementary in Prosper for
those interested in directing, teaching, or hosting a North Campus Home Bible Study Group. |
North Campus Property
A sign now graces a 120-acre plot of land near U.S. Highway 380 and the future extension of the Dallas North
Tollway, where Prestonwood will build its North Campus. |

PowerLunch
Before hundreds of business men and women in May, Dr. David McKinley wrapped up an inspiring spring lineup with final messages
from his latest series, LifeCode: Discovering the Power of a Principle-Centered Life. He interviewed baseball great
Bobby Bragan during a special PowerLunch in March. |
Men’s Retreat
At Southfork Ranch in March, Dr. James MacDonald of Harvest Bible Chapel in suburban Chicago spoke about ordinary men serving an
extraordinary God. Men were challenged to confess areas of sinfulness in their lives, repent, and make restoration. Lives were greatly impacted. |

Dr. McKinley Book Signing
Dr. David McKinley signed copies of his first book, The Search for Satisfaction, after its premiere in April. The
book studies Solomon’s ultimate life search through the book of Ecclesiastes, and guides readers to discover a life that truly matters. |
Grand Slam with Jack Graham
The church family gathered for a fun evening at the ballpark to see Pastor Graham’s team play against the
PCA Lions. Proceeds from the baseball fundraiser are benefiting the High School Choir’s mission trip to Eastern Europe this July. |

Secret Keeper Girl Tour
On Saturday, April 1, 500 moms and daughters came to Prestonwood for the Secret Keeper Girl Tour featuring keynote
speaker and author Dannah Gresh, founder of Pure Freedom and Secret Keeper Girl. The girls and moms enjoyed a fashion show and heard valuable teaching
regarding true beauty and modesty. |
Women’s Retreat
Nearly 450 women attended a great retreat at the Marriott Quorum in April. The ladies enjoyed “Real Life Stuff” teaching from
former actress Lisa Whelchel, 12 women indicated that they accepted Christ, and many more committed to a deeper relationship to the Lord and His Word. |
