Main Street
Main Street Café is an incredible ministry tool for
our church family. On most Sundays, 90 percent of
people enjoying a meal are guests. For those with toddlers,
the Commons offers a seating area close to “The
Promised Land” children’s play space so kids can play
while parents fellowship. We hope you will continue
to bring your friends and family!
Sports & Fitness Center
Need a stress reliever after a long day of work and
looking for a way to stay fit? Come join those who
have discovered the incredible night-time activities
at the Sports & Fitness Center. From basketball to cardio to
weight lifting, there’s something for everyone! Don’t miss
out on this family-friendly opportunity!
Energy Conservation
Did you know that it costs more than $120 per hour for
lighting and electricity use in the Worship Center? Because
of this energy expenditure and countless others, Prestonwood
teamed with Energy Education, Inc. (EEI) in July
2006 to begin a comprehensive, long-term plan that will save
energy, money and our God-given natural resources. By doing so, we’re working to be
good stewards of our church’s energy use. The program at Prestonwood, which was
recently featured in Newsweek, has saved the church more than $700,000 that
can now be used for ministry and missions.
Prestonwood Bookstore
The commitment to excellence at the Prestonwood Bookstores is apparent
just by walking in the doors. (Two national awards naming it the “Bookstore
of the Year” also help support that distinction.) For the months to come, the
staff will be streamlining the stores and products in order to continue offering
the latest in superior Christian resources. This commitment to providing
the most effective and current products in the marketplace, in turn, allows
customers to grow in their Christian walk.
Summer Connection Classes
Join us Wednesday nights for a new take on The Connection this summer!
We’ll offer a great line-up of classes such as Intentional Evangelism, Biblical Child
Training, Practical Bible Study and many more. These classes with real-life applications
will be held every Wednesday in June throughout the church from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m.
