Thousands gathered at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco for Celebrate Freedom, the annual two-day outdoor festival featuring messages from international evangelist Luis Palau, music from popular Christian artists, extreme sports, and games and crafts for children.
Prestonwood Student Worship Leader Jared Wood was one of 40 Christian artists performing at Celebrate Freedom.
Luis Palau, who has shared the Gospel with more than 25 million people in 72 countries, delivered incredible messages that appealed to the younger crowd. Mr. Palau hosts evangelistic festivals to reach the young generation throughout the world.
Counselors prayed with the hundreds who made decisions for Christ during Celebrate Freedom.
Our Children’s Ministry staff and volunteers led several booths with fun and creative crafts for children of all ages.
