After much prayer, guidance and preparation, we are thrilled to be returning to worship on our campuses … and we pray you’ll be able to join us! As excited as we are about gathering again with our church family, we are also being very cautious about making this a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
If you have experienced any COVID-19-related symptoms in the last two weeks, if you have compromising health issues, or if you’re not quite ready to venture out, please join us for worship on Prestonwood.Live from the comfort of your home. Know that our church family loves you and we want to protect you!
For the safety and well-being of those joining us on campus, we will strategically seat attendees in the worship areas, which will, therefore, greatly limit the number of people in each service. Reservations are required so we can best accommodate people safely.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT PRECAUTIONS CAN I EXPECT FOR WELCOME HOME WEEKEND AND BEYOND?
Please know we are committed to protecting your health and safety and remain vigilant in taking every precaution possible. Thank you for remaining prayerful, faithful and flexible in these times.
- Limited Seating
To ensure adequate social distancing, we are limiting the number of people in the Worship Center and Graham Field at one time.
- Increased Cleaning
Portions of the building, specifically worship areas and high-traffic areas, are thoroughly sanitized before, between and after services.
- Mask Stations
Masks are not required, but should you feel more comfortable using one, we have one available for you.
- Hand Sanitizer Stations
Stations with hand sanitizers are provided throughout the church.
- Social Distancing (six-foot requirement)
Proper distancing will be adhered in service for your protection. Please follow distancing requirement throughout building; congregate outside the church if you comfortable to do so in the open air.
- Touchless Environment
No worship area paper items will be available and offering plates will not be passed. Bibles, pens, notepads and all other informational items have been removed . All internal church doors will remain open and drinking fountains will be turned off.
HOW CAN I PROVIDE MY OFFERING?
In order to provide a “touchless environment,” offering plates will not be passed. Other giving methods are available, however, including dropping a check/cash in the offering boxes outside worship areas, using a giving kiosk in our worship area atriums, going online at prestonwood.org/give, downloading the Prestonwood App, or by texting GIVE to 74788.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR MY CHILD?
Out of the abundance of safety for your children and family, we will not open our KIDZ Ministry yet. However, our KIDZ Ministry continues to provide programming for your children at the highest level throughout the week.
Please make plans to bring your children to the service with you.
- Please bring a tablet or mobile device and headsets for your children so that they can participate in service by viewing the virtual Bible lesson at prestonwood.org/kidz.
WHEN WILL BIBLE FELLOWSHIP GROUPS MEET?
Unfortunately, it is not possible yet for groups to gather in classrooms for Bible Fellowship due to distancing and space requirements. We are continuing to monitor federal and state guidelines to determine when to begin meeting again.
We are so grateful for the incredible response and participation and growth we have seen among our Bible Fellowships through Zoom gatherings. If you or your family members are not yet plugged in to a group, click on the respective links and join one!
WHEN WILL OTHER CAMPUS ACTIVITIES RESUME?
We miss our activities as much as you do! We are so looking forward to the day when we can resume all church programming. Again, we are continuing to monitor federal and state guidelines for the appropriate time to return to our normal church life.
